Getting Things Done, by David Allen
There is no other place to start if you seriously want to organize your life and be productive. This book cannot be recommended highly enough.
The Now Habit, by Neil Fiore
There is a lot of hippie-stye-think-positive-thoughts-and-all-will-be-well junk in the book, but that aside, the man has some solid advice on how to schedule your time, work with a calendar and get motivated. Well worth getting through.
The Perfect Mess, by Eric Abrahamson and David H. Freedman
Surprisingly, there are times when being organized can be a disadvantage. This is heresy among the personal organization crowd, but it needs to be said. Read for a taste of the benefits of the dark side.
